Make sure to toast some bread so you can soak up the delicious sauce! This is one of my favorite go to east indulgent meals! I grate garlic and add it to the butter and pepper in the first step. Adds flavor and spice to your liking… we add a lot!
Highly recommend adding garlic to butter mixture as well as crushed red pepper on top of the regular amount of pepper. Absolutely phenomenal and the flavors are unreal. This recipe costs about the same, is almost as quick to make, and tastes much better! Made it for lunch today, and I think this is going in the rotation. I stopped buying Annie’s gf Mac and cheese (we have a celiac person in our household) after our grocery store started charging $4.60 a box.
